YELIKA: the intranet
for all of BNETD.
The intranet portal of the Bureau national d’études techniques et de développement (BNETD): a single point of access to news, documents, mail and business applications, replacing the legacy Lotus Notes databases.
THE CONTEXT
Scattered tools, an organisation in transformation.
As part of its digital master plan, BNETD wanted to give its staff, at headquarters and in regional offices alike, a central tool: to share news, collaborate, find information and access all business applications from a single portal.
Synelia designed and developed YELIKA, launched in 2018, and migrated the data from the existing Lotus Notes applications: mail, quality library, news, legislation and standards, project archives.

Electronic mail management (GESCOUR)
Registration, assignment, deadline tracking, processing and archiving of incoming and outgoing mail.
Memos and transmittal slips
Electronic circulation of memos between units, with tracking and archiving.
Libraries
Quality management, standards and legislation, project archives: versioning, distribution and tracking.
Applications space
Email, human resources, web ERP, directory, project management, finance and logistics.
Data migration
Migration of the five Lotus Notes databases to the new modules.

Seven years on,
YELIKA evolves.
After seven years in operation, BNETD is upgrading its portal: fixes, new features and integration of digital signatures.

Digital signature of mail
Outgoing letters are converted, signed via BNETD’s signature tool and then fed back into GESCOUR, rejections included.

Mail by project
All incoming and outgoing mail for a project grouped together, with acknowledgements of receipt and action traceability.

Extracts and filters
Exports by period, mail awaiting a reply, assignments and instructions, filters by status.

IMS library
The quality management system becomes an integrated management system, with documents migrated.

Legal texts
Consultation of repealed texts and targeted distribution of a provision to staff in a given business area.

Communication
A redesigned home page and communication tools for greater clarity.
