THE CONTEXT
A group present in nine countries, training to reinvent.
Training employees spread across 14 subsidiaries and 9 countries, with consistent and tracked learning paths, can no longer rely on in-person sessions.
Together with COFINA ACADEMY, the group’s training entity, Synelia fully digitalised the training journey, giving “Cofinois” simple access to training wherever they are.
