THE CONTEXT
A TV service is a chain of systems that must work together within seconds.
For a customer to watch a channel or a film, you need an up-to-date catalogue, an accepted payment, activated entitlements, an informed IT system and a video platform that delivers the stream, live and on demand, with protected content.
Synelia developed the mobile app and integration components at Orange Côte d’Ivoire, then the app and mediation at Orange Burkina.
